It sounds awful, but you sort of fry it like bacon strips. . . . in 2-3 batches. Oh. But it’s just yummy beyond belief. . . . . . You know it’s good when your son hands you the camera and laptop as you sit down to dinner and says – you’re going to want to share this one mom. We picked up a bag of peppers and onions at the grocery store for a whopping .99 each, so we added some sautéed to the side for more yummyness. Enjoy.
