Stampin’ Again

I have a friend who had a baby a month or so ago and I still haven’t made her a card yet.  I just haven’t found the right one.  She had a beautiful girl, but the mom really isn’t a baby stuff type collector of all things girly cutsie. Last night I found this great card here: http://inkinitupwithkendra.blogspot.com/ from Kendra Giles.  It took me a bit to figure out the paper sizes, but I am REALLY happy with the way it turned out. I love the color combo, and the use of the white ink. I also have not used this set for flowers, I’ve only used it one time to create a background.

Recipe: (copied from Kendra’s Site)
Stamps: Polka Dots and Petals, Riveting
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Cameo Coral, Certainly Celery, White Craft
Card stock: Chocolate Chip, Cameo Coral, WW, Certainly Celery
Accessories: Grosgrain Ribbon, Dimensional’s, Paper Piercer, SU! Circle Punches, Signo Gel Pen

My Card:

I’ll have to take a  picture of this in the day light, the dark room is changing the colors a bit.  It is a great card.  This is the thank you, I used the Welcome Baby stamp from riveting for my friend’s baby card.
