Merry Christmas to everyone! I went on a snow shoe walk this morning with my dog and my camera. Santa had the stockings hung on the chimney and presents under the tree. Nathan got up earlyish around 7:30 and got ready for the day while I took care of the chickens. Jon slept in til 8:30. We had coffee and cinnamon rolls while opening presents. Now the boys are assembling the legos and marshmellow catapults and remote control cars. I remember the crazy days when anything with assembly meant that Santa and Mrs. Clause had to spend all night figuring it out! We also ordered the kids pack on cable as part of a Holiday gift for the boys, so we are watching Discovery Kids. The snow is beautiful, the sky is blue, the tree is sparkling, the fire place is warm, the family is loving, and the dog is loyal. What more could a person want? What a beautiful Christmas Morning!
