So I’ve spent the entire last week reading through the Twilight Series books. 1-4 back to back. Wow what an emotional roller coaster. I’m not sure I’d recommend this one to the teens that it was written for – but it was good for me! A great break! However – my boys are just as joyful of the break. So – Tonight I’ll get out all those week old dusty workbooks – sharpen up the lessons on Geography – and fill in the blanks on my teacher’s planner on the computer. We did watch Strange Brew to get some vocabulary for Canada. We came up with Eh, Its a Beauty, Hoser, Hosearamma, Hosehead, Take Off, and the combinations. Also the tone annotations of Ok. Eh. etc. I’m not sure the other moms will enjoy our language lesson – but it was fun. 🙂
