The Shack Page 107

"If you put God at the top, what does that really mean and how much is enough? How much time do you give me before you can go on about the rest of your day, the part that interests you so much more?"

A huge concept that intertwined through my teen years was the pyramid concept. God First, Others Second yourself Last. God at the top and everything underneath. But this page talks about God being more in the center of the circle- and everything – relationship-activity-job stemming out of that circle. He is the center of all of our life activities and thoughts. He lives in me and then together we live though everything that happens to me. Very cool.
