Sun and Flowers at Devils Lake!

The boys paddled out to look at something floating in the Lake. It was a crawdad trap.  Strange that someone would put one here in front of our house – to the side.  We think it has gotten blown over in the storm, since there havn’t been any boaters the last few days.  The boys threw it back out – incase someone comes looking for it. 🙂

The thistle attracted the Gold Finches this week.  I think there are two pair of male/females. 🙂

These begonias have been eaten by deer, killed by frost – and have still lived on!  They are maybe double this size now, this photo was taken a couple of weeks ago.

The ROSES, oh my the Roses!  I have missed them the last six years.  We had a neighbor that put up a tent around his roses and tried to moisture control them to no avail.  There’ be plenty a moisture here me hardies!
