Wow! What a day! Hubby had an appointment in Newport early in the morning so we thought we’d drive him down and then see what we could find in Newport for 8 hours. 🙂 Come along with us!
We went to the Aquarium – which was delightful in the wee early hours – learned so many facts we had not observed before – then to the Nye Beach for a picnic lunch – then to the Hatfield Marine Science Center to do the Estuary Quest and the Sustainability Quest – then to the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse Tour, then the Yaquina Head Lighthouse tour – then to a Japanese Spot for some Sushi – Then to meet an online friend at the Otis Cafe and pick up some fresh sourdough starter . . . fresh? healthy? . . . then home to play with all of these pics. 🙂 I’m loving the encouragement to go explore on Fridays!
