I am playing today with all of the new options on Windows Live Writer 2011 – Sometimes simple is better, but I sort of like peeking into drawers and corners – and so far I am really liking what I see.  I’d like to come up with a way to share our days and walks with you – without forcing you to view all the photos. 

My main reason for this blog is to share our unschooling /relaxed  learning/eclectic tools/ some schooling lifestyle through Middle School.  My involvement in the blog community has  been such a blessing to me – I learn so much – I am encouraged, strengthened – by all of the blogs I interact with. I want to share how a family who loves Christ lives through Failures – by Faith – enjoying Freedom.

I don’t necessarily want to run an online scrapbook of our family – however, I keep getting requests for more pictures. So – I’ve spent today working on embedding slide shows into WordPress.com using Windows Live Writer 2011.  So far – Picassa and Windows Live Gallery did not do what I wanted.  On the next post – I’ll try the Flickr Share option – I’ve heard good things. Sound off – How do you like to share photos? Do you ever click through to slide shows? Would you prefer photos in the blog that you could scroll through or the option of clicking into an album as you have time and curiosity?

As we enter the winter season – the photo opportunities are just fantastic – my little camera goes a bit crazy.
