Our official school doesn’t start in Oregon until after Labor Day – but to play along, I’ll show you what are learning areas look like this evening. I moved one small box to it’s home, but other than that – this is what it looks like at the end of a weekend.
Kid on a computer, Mom on a laptop, Monopoly on its 3rd day, Nerf Gun, Paint ball mask, Katana, Swim Trunks, Sweatshirts, 3 air soft pistols, swim noodle, wetsuits, life jackets, water bottles, and Life Jackets.

Most of our ‘seat work’ is done here in the dining room. The Red Room is more to store our resources – and I use it for my planning desk.
Right now, I have a bunch of books to learn about Ocean Education for our Tigersharks 4H Surf Club – Lots to learn and plan!
