First Day!

It felt like September here today! Brisk, drizzle. Freshly sharpened pencils. Anticipation.

We did a full day – Writing, reading, Math, Awana, Chores, Lunch, and this afternoon – off to the library in Pacific City. I’ll be glad when Lincoln City’s library reopens and we don’t have to make a whole afternoon dedicated to driving north. 🙂

I am working on using the zones of our house, instead of always occupying one room – the dining room. We’ve always had small livingroom/two bed room homes, and this one is a tad bit more spread out. I’m leaving the computer in our craft/class room, and trying to get the boys to sleep downstairs instead of on the floor of the living room. We’ll see. 🙂

It felt like a good directed day today – I want to structure our day to being purposeful. 🙂
