Saturdays . . . Taking a Break in the Sun!

Afternoon Sun at Siletz Bay Park in Lincoln City

Sitting at Siletz Bay Park with the warm sun on our face!

Jon making Sand Angels

Jon makes snow angels on the beach while the dog digs holes . . . He discovered Pole Vaulting today with the logs on the beach. He was surprised something so fun could be considered a sport. . . .

After a beautiful stroll through Depoe Bay, home to the remaining twilight of sunset.

Twilight on Devils Lake in Lincoln City. Nate is on a Wild Life adventure in Portland with a great group of kids and leaders – Jon and I spent the afternoon with a friend in Depoe Bay. Nice. Sort of Quiet – as Quiet as Jon ever is – Wonderful Fish and Chips – wonderful company – wonderful day. Have I mentioned I love my life????

Love your website! I’ll be taking trips with you vicariously as I get increasingly housebound these days. Hope you don’t mind that I shared your marble run…was sure my grandson would like seeing it. How many balls and marbles have gone into the lake??

He has only sent the tennis ball down to the lake, only one marble made it to the end of the lake. So far, I don’t think one has dropped in. 😉 Share anything you like, the blog and posts are shared as public.

  2. I love your pictures! (and other stuff) So…I’ve given you an award. You can check it out here…http://homeschoolblogger.com/guidinglight/785226/
