I get to attend the Portland Over The Top conference for Women of Faith! I’ll get to hear Patsy Clairmont, Marilyn Meberg, Lisa Whelchel, Sandi Patty, Brenda Warner, Mandisa, Selah Deborah Joy and Andy Andrews! I’m particularly excited to hear Sandi Patty speak as we go way back to the 80’s in OKC where I was her personal best friend literally ran into her in the hallway ramp as she was going on stage to sing at a Billy Graham Conference – Waving – Yep that was me! – and I have loved watching the transformation of Lisa Whelchel through the years and have been encouraged by her mom writings.  Of course I love the rest of the speakers, musical guests, drama performers and special guests! I’m bringing my Phone to Twitter and send pictures on Facebook to share everything with you!

I have wanted to go to Women of Faith for years, but the conference and accommodations never added up with the distance. This year, with BookSneeze presenting the opportunity to attend, and only living 90 miles away – should the Lord Tarry, it will work out. I am over excited with the opportunity.  I’ll keep reminding you of the event set in October as we get closer – Can’t wait to see everyone there!
