We’ve brought you Barker Creek Press before, remember Draw Write Now?  This time they’d like to to take a look at the Educational Supplies.

When we lived in a larger city I used to love browsing the cute lil educational supply stores.  Posters, Books, Fun items to make the boys feel more like we had a ‘real’ school. Barker Creek has collected many of my favorites and offers them online.

They also have Free Lesson Ideas and a page to help you with Holiday fun.  Clicking on Thanksgiving will give you a unit study style book in their Draw Write Now series as well as a couple of cute bookmarks and a downloadable book about fall colors. Spanish, Spiritual and Teacher resources as well.  I also saw, for those of you with states that recommend – Common Core Correlations with their products.  Good for you on Charter Schools!

Their Thematic Unit Studies make me wish I had littles again. Sigh.  So we don’t ‘do school at home’ but I really like fun learning items.  I have a large envelope of posters in the garage. So you know I loved the posters from  the 8 pages of New in 2013 tab:

I didn’t take a photo of the back, sorry, but it is filled with a few weeks worth of learning ideas and drawing lessons!

This poster caught my eye, especially if you read my Last Post:
