Macramé for Boys

DSCN9883We have a new rule.  NOTHING broken comes home from the GoodWill store – which is conveniently located next door to where hubby works.  We have thrown out so many broken toys from Good Will. (Note to parents – please do not donate broken toys – my boys will bring them home!)

This past week, Jon brings out a Nerf Basketball hoop from the GoodWill excursion while I was in talking to hubs. Don’t worry  mom, it will still work – ooooo kaaay. I went home and took much needed nap after a long week – and he apparently took Macramé lessons.

(Note that every little string has been cut by fingernail clippers and attached individually. I’m so glad I was asleep while this was going on – so as to not give him advice or directions – he loves his new Not Broken hoop!!!)
