We drove up the coast to Neskowin this week on Dad’s Day Off. What an amazingly cute little town! We started at the Neskowin Beach State Park and even on a Tuesday, there were quite a few people on the beach, so we drove through the tiny roads in town looking for a beach access that had parking space. We found one about a half mile away . . . .
Beautiful day – we missed the rain by mere moments after the stop in Pacific City . Here’s a little slide show for the family – Darren’s Momma was asking for some photos. I have more of the rocks that we found, Fossils, Agates, Sea Glass, Petrified Wood, Floats, – Fun. I’ll post those pics later today.
The gulls showed up as we were eating our picnic dinner on the beach.
They sure like picnics!
I think Beach Schooling is my favorite.
Thanks for checking out my Tweet and See! Yes, those female Red-winged Blackbirds look nothing like the males! Fledglings are similar to Mom for a while. We’re ready for the beach…if only it would warm up a bit more! LOL
Boo hoo hoo, our beach schooling is over for a while. We want to go back. I have to agree, beach schooling is fun.
I think it’s my favorite too. I can’t wait to do some beach schoolin’ next week. I’m so excited…6 days!
I wish I was sitting on the log in you last pic!!
