Today is NOT the day to head to the DVD Rentals to find a Saturday Night Movie – Today – You’re going to want to stock up on Root Beer Float Supplies (Root Beer Float Day), Head over to Papa Murphy’s and pick up a huge Cowboy Pizza – and hunker down with some Homestyle Popcorn and be ready for a Wholesome Thrill Ride Movie!

I was able to sit in on a private viewing with about 13 friends, many of whom I have met through The Old Schoolhouse Crew – along with Robin Lively – and chat through the movie.  I gotta say Robin is such a great girl! She fit right in with us, and we were joking and laughing and all of us wanting to hit Re-Wind when the action flipped and we missed a part. This is a pretty fast moving movie. Normally the sponsored Family Night Movies seem more about promoting a product line than delivering a quality film – but- with this one – you really enjoy the film! The actors are great. You’re going to love the way the family works together – how the kids interact – how the mom faces the circumstances – how they  . . . Oh. I can’t give it all away – but it is a great story line!

Hit the DVR to Record – or show up in person watching NBC at 8/7c Tonight – Saturday August 6th, 2011 for this great movie!  Two thumbs up from me!!!
