Remember yesterday I posted about the huge wind storm and waves? Right after our seatwork, the lake flattened out, like someone spread out a sheet on a mattress. Tight. Then, all of a sudden, snow started to fall. It’s too warm we all said. Weird that it would snow, we all said, it won’t be there in the morning, we all said.
Well, recess times at Camp Mil Mar were pretty fun today – we woke up to several inches of snow, power on and off, cable and internet off, plenty of mismatched gloves – and plenty of joy.
This is about 2 in the afternoon. Still LOTS of snow!
The lake was even calm enough to take the canoe out mid morning.
Our visiting Campers had a great time!
Spring is trying hard!
Some worn out campers hitting the racks tonight!
So fun! We wish we had snow down here in the south…….it’s already hot!
Stopping by from the Crew!
WOW! How exciting! How fun! How not-Spring-like! Love your photos! We wish we were there!
