First Run In a Game!!!

Jon’s doing really well. First time playing, outside of sandlot style in Bend.  He’s learning when to run, when to slide, when to stick to the base. He’s learning the signals. All the ins and outs.  He’s got a whole lot of desire – and he’s on a really great team.  The skills are building! He says he likes Center Field, because he likes to throw the ball far into Short or the Pitcher. His team mates are just about the nicest set of boys, with really nice parents. I’m looking forward to watching many a game through the month of May! Go Babb’s!!!
