Paddle with us to Regatta Park

Regatta

One of our close friends asked if they could use the Canoes for a Boy Scout Camp this week.  We said sure, but we’d like to deliver them. We live on the North East Corner of the lake, and the A is Regatta Park.  The camp is going to be just a bit NE of the park on the East Side of the Lake.   Jon has not canoed past Sand Point Park, so he was excited for the chance.

We named our stowaway Oscar. Didn’t make him walk the plank, but felt a bit sorry for him getting transferred to the South side of the lake!

We made it to Regatta! 2.3 Miles! We took it easy – currents were strong – 1 hour from our dock to the Regatta Park Dock.
