Morning Discoveries

I never quite know what I will find in the morning. I get up, walk though the house, pick up lost socks, drinking cups, plates and forks. Hubby comes home late and likes to watch a movie with the boys. I can seldom stay up with them, usually falling asleep on the couch.

This particular day, I had gone to sleep with a clean dining room, and woke up to . . . .

Cataloging the antique ammunition.

Flip Flop Book Mark for the Chemistry Experiment.

What?  Big Creepy Bug Cricket – Needs to be stored in our Hot Cocoa???? He claims he didn’t know what it was, grabbed it by the leg, and tossed it in the first container he found. It was, a HUGE cricket. Sigh.

All I really want to do is wake up, have a cup of coffee, and chat with my homeschool mamas. It always makes me smile to see their paths of entertainment. Love my boys.

Think of it as enjoying your coffee with a morning sociology art installation instead of the paper!
