I think Rest is on the Schedule

We just had a fantastic day – With the new Ipod’s as incentive to finish our academic pursuits – the books were complete before noon today. I had actually put the dinner into the crock pot early this morning – giving me time to write a few blog posts to schedule out.

I just got up to peek into the crock pot to see how it was doing, and

It was empty. Just Sauce. . . . . No Roast.

I started cracking up! Veggies and BBQ Sauce are in the Crock Pot – Simmering nicely. I got the appliance all ready – and forgot to put the meat in.  Roast is in the Fridge! Ha!

Sigh.  I think I need a cozy spot to sit and read and rest for the afternoon until my brain turns on again – what you think of a classy little modern number like a  Eames lounge chair ? It says it has free in home delivery and set up.   I’d be in heaven . . . . . I’m off to go check on my roast. . . . .
